Five timed stops from pickup in Kyiv or Lviv to resort check-in

Every group departure follows the same corridor, so the arrival hour below is the arrival hour you get. Times are road-time estimates for a standard 16-seat minibus and exclude weather delays at the border. Verified 2025-01-14

    Border check, Shehyni / Medyka

    Document check and customs. The passenger list is filed the day before departure.

  3. T+13:00 Stop 03

    Overnight, Kraków

    Twin rooms with breakfast and 9 hours off the road. Driver rest is counted into the schedule.

  4. T+22:30 Stop 04

    Arlberg valley approach

    Motorway to the valley floor, then chains or winter tyres for the last 18 km.

    Check-in and lift passes

Three elevation bands for the St. Anton area, with the ski level each band suits. Heights come from the published 2024/25 piste map, not from brochure wording.

01 Is the quoted price the full amount I pay?
Yes. Each package shows the total per person including taxes, border fees and mandatory resort charges. Optional extras such as ski hire or a private transfer are listed separately before you confirm, priced from the same dated tariff sheet we used to build your quote.1
02 What does the lift pass in my package cover?
It covers every lift in the stated resort area for the full number of ski days in your package. Equipment rental, ski school and mountain lunches are not included and appear under Not included in the inclusions ledger above.2
03 Can I pay in hryvnia and in euros?
Yes. Switch the currency toggle at any time; the rate is locked when you confirm the booking. We charge no conversion fee, and your invoice repeats both amounts so the figures match your bank statement.
04 How do I know whether a date is still open?
The departure matrix carries a live spaces-left count for every date. Sold-out departures stay visible with a struck-through price, so you can compare them against nearby dates instead of guessing.
05 Do you guarantee snow conditions?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. We publish base and peak altitude, lift count and snow reliability taken from independent resort sources, with a verified date on each figure, so you can judge the odds yourself.3
06 How much deposit reserves a place?
The deposit per person is printed on each row of the departure matrix. The remaining balance is due 21 days before departure, and both amounts appear on your confirmation email.
